Set-up 6:00    Begin: 6:30

Round Up & Candy Bar Distribution

NEW Scouts:

• Fill out BSA Application (Those who didn't in spring)

• Pay Fees for 09-10 ($35.00) (Those who didn't pay in spring)

• Verify Medical Form/ Pick up BSA form

• Pick up - Handbook

• Pick up - T-shirt

• Pick up - Candy Bars (see below)

• Check the Volunteer table and sign up for an event. 

Returning Scouts:

• Pay Fees for 09-10 ($35.00) (Those who didn't pay in spring)

  • DO NOT NEED TO FILL OUT ANOTHER APPLICATION

• Verify Medical Form/ Pick up BSA form

• Verify the Summer Event participation

• Pick up - Candy Bars

• Check the Volunteer table and sign up for an event. 

• Volunteer to help with the Round Up. 

  • Hand out T-shirt or Handbooks

  • Help out New Parent

Candy Bar Distribution:

• First tote is given on grace
• Additional totes will need to be paid for that evening at $40 per tote.
• No cash will be accepted
• Five totes needed to be sold in order to earn the salesman patch.
• You have the option to buy out if you do not want to participate for $35.
• Tiger Cubs are not required to sell candy bars, but are encouraged to sell at least one tote.
• Incentives for this year:
  • Scout will earn Scout Shop Dollars for each tote they sell.
  • If the Pack sells 300 totes those that participated get a Laser Tag Party at Ultra Zone.
  • Awards for top sellers of each rank.
  • Pie Throwing at Cub Master or Assistant Cub Master

Kicking off the New Year!!!

• Each Den will have an assignment for the Pack Party.

Sign Up for a Time

Pack will have a table under the Tent

• Sign up for a Time slot and sell some candy bars while you help Promote the Pack

• Help Keep the food tables Clean

Starting:  Christ the King Church 12:00

Ending:    McFarland High School

Pack Event McFarland Family Festival Parade

For safety Reasons -

        NO DROP OFF AT MAIN AND AUTUMN LANE

• Pack will meet at Autumn Grove park Located on Falling Leaves Lane at 11:15 and walk to parade position as a Pack.

• Any scouts wishing to ride in a push cart needs to remember a bike helmet.

• Dress appropriately for the weather.

• Parade will end at the Festival grounds at the High School
